Today I had Pad Sew for lunch from the restaurant Pad Thai. My friend had introduced me to the restaurant Pad Thai half a month ago and I fell in love. Their dishes are simple, yet great. Not to mention they are fresh as they cook everything in front of you.
I love the Pad Sew with Shrimps, however this one is with chicken as I felt like trying it out. Pad Thai is located in the food courts of Dubai Mall and Mirdiff City Centre and it is a must go for anyone wanting to eat Thai food in an informal setting. Great taste and great quality.
This particular dish, Pad Sew, is made up of large rice noodles, broccoli, soya sauce, egg and other ingredients the chef tosses into a wok and cooks. You can ask for a spicy or non-spicy version. It's an excellent meal.
